Event Description
Unit passed another unit while both were responding to a emergency call without operators making any kind of eye contact. This was done by an experienced 17 year veteran who has never been involved in any kind of collision.
Lesson Learned
NEVER pass another unit, reguardless if the other unit is going much slower, without the operators making eye contact and then it still does not warrent passing another unit.
